Hurst Green Cross Award
In July of 2021, The Sauk City Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle crash in the town of West Point with reports of subjects trapped. Once one scene, The Hurst Jaws of Life was used to extricate one patient from a mangled car.
The Green Cross is the symbol of recognition for those who have used HURST Jaws of Life® products to save lives. It’s our way of celebrating the bravery shown by rescue teams worldwide. Since the program’s inception, we’ve acknowledged tens of thousands of men and women around the globe with this prestigious honor.
This Month, Members of the Sauk City Volunteer Fire Department were presented this award for their efforts on that July Night!
